The Grille by Jacob & Anthony in Clifton Park is looking for PM Dishwashers,
Your role is vital in maintaining a clean, safe, and efficient kitchen environment.
You will be responsible for ensuring all dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment are thoroughly cleaned and sanitized to meet the highest standards of food safety and sanitation.

Responsibilities
- Operate commercial dishwashing equipment efficiently, ensuring all dishes, cookware, and utensils are cleaned and sanitized according to food safety procedures
- Maintain cleanliness of the dishwashing area, including sinks, counters, and storage spaces, adhering to sanitation standards
- Follow proper manual handling techniques when lifting heavy loads of dishes or supplies to prevent injury
- Support food safety management practices by ensuring proper sanitizing procedures are followed at all times
- Assist in food handling tasks as needed, including organizing supplies and restocking dishware for smooth kitchen operation
- Uphold kitchen health and safety standards by practicing safe use of equipment and reporting any hazards or maintenance needs
Skills/requirements
- Must be able to work nights and weekends.
- Must have reliable transportation.
- Experience in food service or restaurant environments with knowledge of sanitation and food safety protocols
- Strong understanding of cleaning procedures, including sanitizing surfaces and equipment in compliance with health regulations
- Ability to operate commercial dishwashing machines and other kitchen equipment safely and effectively
- Physical ability to perform heavy lifting, manual handling, and stand for extended periods during shifts
- Excellent teamwork skills with a positive attitude towards serving in a busy hospitality setting
