Duties
- Clear and reset tables efficiently, ensuring cleanliness and organization for incoming guests
- Assist servers by delivering food from the kitchen to tables swiftly and accurately, maintaining proper food handling procedures
- Bus tables by removing used dishes, glassware, and utensils, maintaining a tidy dining environment
- Handle manual lifting of trays while delivering food to each table.
- Maintain cleanliness in service areas by sweeping, wiping down surfaces, and sanitizing as required
- Communicate effectively with team members to coordinate timely food delivery and guest service needs
Skills
- Must be over 18 and able to work nights and weekends.
- Strong communication skills to interact confidently with guests and team members
- Ability to perform physical tasks including heavy lifting, manual handling, and standing for extended periods
- Knowledge of restaurant operations including bussing, serving, food running, and expo duties is a plus.
- Experience working in banquet settings or hotel hospitality environments is advantageous
- Commitment to providing outstanding in-person customer service with a friendly, positive attitude
