The Greer Group is hiring 1st shift assemblers for our manufacturing cflient located in Lauringburg, NC!
Temp to HirePay: 14/hour, paid weekly! Hours: 6: 00am-2: 30pm, Monday-Friday, with occasional over time on weekends.
Major Job Duties and Responsibilities:Rotate through all the tasks required in a particular production process.Determine work assignments and proceduresShovel and sweep work areas Operate heavy equipment such as forklifts Provide assistance in the production of wiring assembliesUsing small hand tools to assemble items together.
Job Requirements
Exercises moderate independent judgment with direction from supervisor
Verbal and written communication skills, analytical and problem solving ability
Team player and detail oriented.
Knowledge of raw materials, production processes, quality control, costs, and other techniques for maximizing the effective manufacture and distribution of goods Knowledge of relevant equipment, policies, procedures, and strategies to promote effective local, state, or national security operations for the protection of people, data, property, and institutions
Must pass a background check and drug test.
HS Diploma or GED required.
