Position Details:
Full-Time Opportunities Available
12-Hour Shifts
Day Shift: 6:00 AM - 6:00 PM
Every Other Weekend Rotation

Responsibilities:
Provide direct nursing care including medication administration, treatments, and assessments
Monitor resident conditions and report changes appropriately
Maintain accurate documentation and charting
Collaborate with CNAs, physicians, and interdisciplinary team members
Deliver compassionate, high-quality care in a fast-paced setting
Qualifications:
Active Tennessee LPN or RN license in good standing
Current CPR certification preferred
Long-term care experience preferred, but not required
Strong communication and teamwork skills
