Overview
Our client is a fast-growing SeriesB tech company transforming how the hospitality industry manages their workforce. They are building out a first-of-its-kind AI Sales Enablement function and need a tech-forward, hands-on operator to own it from day one.
What You Will Own
- Build and deploy AI-driven workflows using tools like Claude and ChatGPT to generate emails, summarize calls, and automate repetitive seller tasks.
- Translate product capabilities into clean, repeatable sales motions, playbooks, battle cards, demo scripts, and certification paths the team can use immediately.
- Mine Gong recordings and client calls for top objections, FAQs, and winning talk tracks and convert them into bite-sized enablement assets.
- Serve as the internal AI subject matter expert, setting governance, best practices, and training standards for safe and effective tool usage across the business.
- Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Solutions Engineering, Customer Success, and Product to drive consistency and alignment.
- Measure what matters including ramp time, win rates, deal cycle length, and asset adoption, and iterate fast based on results.
- Surface customer success stories and shape them into compelling narratives that help close deals.
Who You Are
- 5 years of experience in sales enablement, revenue operations, product ops, or a closely adjacent function, ideally with some hospitality industry exposure.
- A true AI native who actively uses tools like Claude, ChatGPT, Gong, and meeting assistants to get work done and can teach others to do the same. Claude experience is a BIG plus.
- A clear communicator and storyteller who can take complex product features and make them easy for sellers to talk about confidently.
- Data-driven with a track record of setting KPIs, running experiments, and optimizing based on real outcomes.
- Comfortable presenting to and influencing C-suite stakeholders in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
- Hands-on with the modern GTM stack including CRM, LMS, Gong, Slack, and Google Workspace.
