Position: Host/Hostess
Department:

Primary Responsibilities:
• Provide support to Management staff in the daily operations
• Uphold Service Standards while working with a highly motivated and
guest-service focused team.
• Organizational Skills a must
• Anticipate guests needs and respond accordingly
• Communicate well with guests and staff
• Keep numbers of staff accurate and fair
Secondary
Responsibilities:
• Time Management Skills
• Help with day to day operations
• Adjust to changes being made throughout day
Normal Working Hours:
• Shifts Differ Depending on Location. Shifts can include breakfast,
lunch, and dinner.

Assistant Managers
