Position: Wound Care RN/LPN
Shift: weekend
Hours:7am-3pm
Summary of Role:
The Wound Care Nurse plays an integral role in the success of our team, our community and creating a place our residents are proud to call home. The primary purpose of this position is to assess and implement preventative interventions on residents admitted or who reside in our communities. To evaluate, treat, monitor residents with wounds, skin conditions and injuries.
