The Sales Counselor will be responsible for driving occupancy and guiding prospective residents and families through the decision-making process for both Terracina Grand and Villa at Terracina Grand.
This role serves as a trusted resource, educating prospects on lifestyle options, levels of care, and services across the full senior living continuum while delivering a high-touch, consultative sales experience that reflects the elegance and care of both communities.
SUMMARY OF ROLE:
The Sales Counselor plays an integral role in the success of our team, our community and creating a place our residents are proud to call home. The primary purpose of this position is to assist in the coordination and direction all activities for the marketing department and to assist in the increase/maintain census through the sales process.
The ideal candidate will have a consultative, relationship‑driven sales approach with the ability to confidently guide prospective residents and families through the senior living decision process. They will be highly organized, self‑directed, and comfortable managing a full sales cycle—from initial inquiry through move‑in—while maintaining accurate documentation and follow‑up. This individual will excel at building trust with prospects, families, and referral partners, representing the community with professionalism, warmth, and integrity. Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and proficiency with technology are essential, as is the ability to work effectively with diverse populations, including older adults and their families. Prior sales or marketing experience (preferably in senior living, healthcare, or hospitality) and the ability to work flexible hours and participate in community outreach and events are strongly preferred.
