The Sales Counselor is responsible for generating and converting qualified leads into residency through a highly personalized, relationship-based sales process. From initial inquiry to move-in, you will guide prospects and their families through financial and emotional considerations while delivering a seamless, high-touch experience. The role also includes hosting seminars and events geared toward meeting prospects, getting to know them, and educating about all that Shell Point has to offer.
The ideal candidate will demonstrate proven sales success, strong consultative selling and closing skills, emotional intelligence for complex life transitions, disciplined follow-up habits, CRM proficiency, and the ability to build authentic trust quickly with discerning clients.
Senior living experience is strongly preferred, with sales background in senior housing, hospitality, healthcare, or luxury real estate also considered.
