What You’ll Do
- Provide strategic and hands‑on leadership for all nursing services to ensure exceptional quality of care
- Plan, organize, and direct nursing operations in compliance with federal, state, and local regulations
- Lead a strong clinical team within a stable, well‑established care environment
- Partner closely with the Executive Director and interdisciplinary leadership team to drive continuous improvement
- Mentor, develop, and support nursing leaders and frontline staff
- Promote a culture of accountability, respect, and resident‑centered care
- Ensure outstanding resident and family satisfaction through service excellence

Schedule & Compensation
- Schedule: Monday-Friday (with flexibility based on community needs)
- Salary: Competitive and dependent on experience (DOE)

Knowledge & Skills
- Strong clinical leadership with sound judgment and independent decision‑making
- Professional, compassionate communication with residents, families, staff, and partners
- Comfort working with medically complex and post‑acute populations
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and clinical documentation systems
- Current, active, unencumbered RN license in the state
- Minimum of 3 years of nursing experience in skilled nursing, transitional care, or long‑term care
- Demonstrated leadership experience with direct supervisory responsibility
- Working knowledge of regulatory compliance and quality assurance standards
