Legal Recruiting Assistant (Temporary Assignment) – Top Global Law Firm
A global law firm is seeking a temporary Legal Recruiting Assistant to support its busy hiring season beginning in early to mid-January. This role will run approximately three to five months, through about April. The team is looking for candidates who are organized, proactive, detail-oriented, and excited to contribute to a fast-paced recruiting environment.
Recent college grads are encouraged to apply! No recruiting experience needed! :)
On-site 5 days a week in the Financial District

Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and maintain candidate materials, including electronic packets, interview schedules, and documentation for offer decisions.
- Assist law school outreach teams by tracking communications, assembling event materials, and coordinating logistics for campus activities.
- Gather summer program application submissions from Flo Recruit and assemble PDF review files for senior stakeholders.
- Welcome candidates upon arrival and escort them through the office, including providing brief tours.
- Perform administrative tasks such as scanning, copying, filing, and distributing documents.
- Input and update recruiting information in PeopleSoft and other internal systems.
- Support broader Legal Talent initiatives as assigned, which may involve projects connected to Diversity & Inclusion, Learning & Development, and general Talent Management.
