Overview
We are seeking an experienced Litigation Associate or Counsel (5–8 years) to join a dynamic practice in Los Angeles. This role provides versatile litigation support across key practice areas with the flexibility of a remote or hybrid arrangement. Can be in office or remote, however, must be willing to travel for court appearances.
Key Responsibilities & Practice Support
- Provide high-level litigation support across Commercial/Complex Litigation, IP, and Labor & Employment practices.
- Manage state court litigation matters, drafting pleadings, handling discovery, and preparing cases for trial.
- Represent clients in court appearances as needed (travel required).
Qualifications
- 5–8 years of litigation experience (extensive California state court experience required).
- Active California Bar admission in good standing.
- Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills.
Salary : $170,000 - $190,000
