Litigation Associate – AmLaw 100 Firm

Direct Counsel represents an AmLaw 100 firm seeking a talented Litigation Associate to join its nationally recognized Litigation Department in the firm’s downtown Los Angeles office.
The firm is seeking candidates with 2–6 years of broad-based civil litigation experience and/or white collar litigation and investigations experience. Judicial clerks completing top-tier clerkships are also encouraged to apply.
Associates will work on sophisticated litigation matters for clients across a variety of industries, including technology, pharmaceutical, biotechnology, life sciences, and other innovative sectors.
Qualifications:
- 2–6 years of law firm experience in civil litigation, white collar matters, and/or complex investigations
- Judicial clerkship experience preferred
- Strong law firm litigation experience required
- Excellent academic credentials
- Exceptional written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to manage complex matters and work effectively in a collaborative team environment
Compensation & Benefits
The expected salary range for this position is $225,000–$390,000, depending on experience and associate year level. Discretionary merit-based bonuses may also be awarded.
