Benefits Specialist
A top-tier, internationally recognized firm is seeking an experienced Benefits Specialist to manage employee leave programs and benefits administration while ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and internal policies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administer leave programs including FMLA, ADA, PFL, disability, and workers’ compensation
- Manage leave requests, documentation, and return-to-work processes
- Serve as the main point of contact for employee leave and benefits inquiries
- Oversee ADA accommodations and maintain compliance
- Track PTO, time and attendance, and maintain accurate HRIS records
- Partner with Payroll, Legal, and third-party vendors to ensure seamless operations
- Support benefits programs including health, retirement, and wellness plans
Qualifications:
- 3–5 years of leave of absence administration experience
- Knowledge of FMLA, ADA, and related regulations
- Strong Excel and analytical skills
- High attention to detail and ability to manage sensitive information
- Bachelor’s degree required; Workday experience a plus
Compensation:
$105,000 – $115,000, based on experience and qualifications
