The Goddard School of Moore is looking for a motivated, self-starter for an Assistant Director position! The Assistant Director will support the Director in overseeing daily operations, ensuring the highest standards of education and care. This role combines administrative leadership, staff development, and hands-on involvement with our proprietary Wonder of Learning Program, designed to spark curiosity and support play-based learning for children from infancy through prekindergarten.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with daily operations, including opening the school, verifying Oklahoma childcare ratios, updating family files, following up on leads, and handling inquiries/enrollments.
- Support staff management through scheduling, mentoring, training, observations, and performance feedback.
- Manage social media content (Facebook & Instagram) and keep the school website updated with events and resources.
- Help implement the proprietary curriculum while ensuring compliance with Oklahoma licensing, QRIS, NAEYC standards, and health guidelines.
- Build family relationships through tours, monthly events, newsletters, and positive engagement.
Qualifications:
- Associate’s degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, or related field (Bachelor’s preferred).
- Oklahoma Director’s Credential (minimum Bronze level) and Professional Development Ladder (OPDL) Level 4 or higher required.
- 2–5 years of experience in licensed early childhood education, including 1–2 years supervisory.
- At least 21 years old; current (or obtain within 3 months) CPR/First Aid; pass full Oklahoma background check.
- Strong leadership, communication, organizational, and social media skills; genuine passion for child-centered education.
Compensation and Benefits:
