Job Overview
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Childcare Provider to join our team. Responsibilities
- Provide attentive and nurturing care for children in a safe environment.
- Plan and implement age-appropriate activities that promote physical, emotional, and social development.
- Monitor children's behavior and provide guidance in behavior management techniques.
- Assist with daily routines including feeding, diapering, and nap times for infants and toddlers.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the childcare area.
- Communicate effectively with parents regarding their child's progress and any concerns.
- Collaborate with other caregivers to ensure a cohesive approach to childcare.
- Support children with special needs or disabilities through tailored activities and care strategies.
Requirements
- Experience working with children in a daycare, preschool, or similar setting is preferred but not necessary.
- Knowledge of childhood development principles and early childhood education practices. Training will be available.
- Familiarity with behavior management techniques and classroom management skills. Training will be available.
- Experience in caregiving roles such as nannying or babysitting is a plus.
- Ability to engage children in meaningful play while promoting learning through fun activities.
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with both children and parents.
