Cocktail Bartender/ Server

Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic teammate to join our hospitality team in providing exceptional dining experiences for our guests. You will play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction by delivering high-quality service and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere. This position requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a passion for hospitality.

Responsibilities

• Greet and seat guests promptly with a friendly demeanor.
• Present menus and provide detailed information about food and beverage offerings.
• Take accurate food and drink orders using the Toast POS system.
• Ensure timely delivery of orders to guests while maintaining food safety standards.
• Monitor guest needs throughout their dining experience, providing attentive service.
• Handle cash register transactions accurately, including processing payments and issuing receipts.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including resetting tables for new guests.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow and address any guest concerns promptly.

Skills

• Proficiency in food handling and knowledge of food safety practices.
• Strong guest services and customer service skills to enhance the dining experience.
• Familiarity with Toast POS or similar point-of-sale systems is preferred but not required.
• Basic math skills for handling transactions and processing payments accurately.
• Culinary knowledge is a plus, allowing for informed recommendations to guests.
• Excellent hospitality skills with the ability to create a welcoming environment for all patrons.
• Wine knowledge and classic training of cocktails
