Blumenthal Arts seeks a Server/Bartender to support beverage service operations during the run of Magician’s Table. This temporary, part-time position, beginning in November with an anticipated end in February, plays a key role in providing excellent customer service by preparing and serving beverages, managing transactions, and maintaining an organized and fully stocked bar area. This role ensures compliance with company and state alcohol service regulations while contributing to a positive guest experience in a fast-paced event environment. Evening and weekend availability is required.
Your impact:
- Set up the room prior to service including checking inventory and properly stocking products
- Provide excellent customer service during events by serving patrons in the space
- Receive payment and accurately dispense change
- Perform inventory and match receipts with product sold
- Follow Company and State rules governing safe alcohol service
- Participate in sales programs and customer service goals with enthusiasm
- Take orders and deliver drinks to guests accurately
- Continually keep work area neat clean and organized
- Attend department meetings if needed
- Perform related duties as required

Skills You’ll Bring:
- Requires a high school diploma or GED equivalent supplemented by three years of experience in the hospitality industry, OR
- An equivalent combination of education, training and experience that provides the required knowledge, skills and abilities
- Experience in high volume craft cocktail bar preferred. Basic beverage knowledge required.
