Duties
- Prepare and serve a variety of cocktails, beverages, and non-alcoholic drinks with precision and flair
- Engage with guests to recommend drinks, answer questions, and enhance their overall experience
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in compliance with food safety standards
- Manage POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for accurate order processing and cash handling
- Monitor inventory levels, restock supplies, and place orders as needed to ensure smooth operations
- Handle cash transactions accurately, including cashiering duties and basic math calculations
- Collaborate with kitchen staff during events like banquets or catering to coordinate food and beverage service
- Uphold responsible alcohol service practices by checking IDs and monitoring guest consumption
- Assist in training new team members on POS systems, customer service protocols, and food safety procedures
- Contribute to a lively nightclub or hospitality environment by maintaining high energy levels and positive attitude
Experience
- Previous experience working as a bartender in fine dining establishments or nightclubs is highly preferred
- Demonstrated ability to serve in banquet settings or catering environments is advantageous
- Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is essential for efficient order processing
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on creating welcoming atmospheres for diverse clientele
- Knowledge of food handling, food safety regulations, and responsible alcohol service practices
- Experience in retail math or hospitality math to handle cash transactions accurately
- Ability to manage time effectively during busy shifts while maintaining quality service standards
- Prior retail or food industry experience that showcases adaptability and teamwork skills
