What You’ll Do:
- Safely pass medications and monitor residents for any concerns
- Assist with daily care and support resident comfort
- Communicate with nurses, residents, and families
- Keep accurate medication and treatment records
- Help create a warm, positive environment
What We’re Looking For:
- Active CMT certification
- Compassionate attitude and strong work ethic
- Reliable attendance and teamwork skills
- Long-term care experience is a plus, but not required
