Description
- Provide administrative and operational support to executive leadership, including Board Member, President and CFO.
- Assist with property management–related functions, coordinating with internal teams and external vendors as needed.
- Compile, document, and report incident and loss information to insurance carriers in a timely and accurate manner.
- Support accounting and finance functions, including assistance with business tax return preparation and distribution of K-1 schedules to investors.
- Prepare and manage subscription agreements and related documentation for new investment opportunities.
- Coordinate with mortgage lenders to support bank inspections and ensure completion of required repairs or compliance items.
- Maintain accurate records, track deadlines, and ensure confidentiality of sensitive financial and investor information.
- Experience supporting senior executives or C-level leaders
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams)
- Exceptional organizational, time-management, and multitasking abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion
