We are currently seeking a skilled and highly motivated individual to join our team as a Grounds Light Maintenance Specialist in the Madison area. The Grounds Light Maintenance specialist works as part of a team with the other Maintenance Specialists and Property Management employees in maintaining the physical integrity of our apartment community.
Requirements:
·HS diploma/GED preferred.
·1 year of experience in apartment related grounds maintenance; 2 years is preferred
·Obtainment of pool certification within 6 months of employment desired.
·Must be able to work in a fast-pace and customer service-oriented environment.
·Knowledge of applicable housing laws preferred.
·Hours are 40 per wk., Mon.-Fri.
·A valid driving license & clean driving record is a must.
