We are a boutique-style Design Studio that prides ourselves in delivering an incredible client experience to each one of our valued builders or clients.
An important part of the design or client experience is a professional, seamless installation of our Carpet, Wood and LVP offerings at their jobsite or home.
The Gallery Design Studio is currently hiring multiple flooring installers on a subcontract or permanent basis. Generally, the projects are paid per square/foot, but consistent, full-time installers should be able to count on consistent, profitable income. Our contractor-installers are paid weekly; each Friday.
We offer the best pay in the Durango/La Plata County area and are looking for professional, reliable, detail-oriented installers with experience and grit to deliver a great install with timely, accurate, and precise service and craftmanship.
We expect you to be on time, professional, and ready to deliver your best installation methods for a positive, 5-star client experience.

Required Skills:
- Must have prior experience installing Wood, LVP, AND CARPET - no exceptions
- Operate power tools and equipment safely and effectively
- Proficiency in floor installation techniques for Carpet, Wood and LVP
- Great time management and communication skills
- An ability to be on-time and reliable as scheduled
- An ability to transport product to the jobsite with a personal, reliable vehicle
Preferred Skills:
- Ability to read and interporate layouts
- Ability to perform pro-measures at the jobsite to determine quantities for material orders
