What are the responsibilities and job description for the Carpet Cleaning Technician - Experienced position at Warrior Carpet Cleaning?
I am looking for an experienced carpet cleaning technician to clean 8 to 10 apartments per day, houses weekly and do 24 hour emergency water extraction. We move furniture, extract water, place fans, dehumidifiers and air handlers. You will be on a rotating on call schedule weekly for after hour 24 emergency water extractions. Must be able to be on call every other week. We offer carpet cleaning, stain removal, pet treatments, install ozone machines for odor control, carpet repair and carpet stretching. Experience is required. Experience in operating a truck mounted carpet cleaning system and able to provide exceptional customer service to our apartment communities and work with maintenance supervisors to make sure the carpets are perfect for the people moving in. IICRC is great to have, however it is not required. Must be able to pass a drug test and proper work attire and cleanliness is a must. Tan and black Khaki pants are required. Polo shirts and jackets are provided. Must wear black waterproof work boots or outdoor high performance waterproof boots are desired to achieve the proper look for our communities. No cowboy boots or Caterpillar boots are allowed.
Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
