Overview
Blue Star Commercial Cleaning, LLC is seeking a reliable and trustworthy Cleaning Technician to join our team for a part-time position at one of our downtown Colorado Springs facilities. This position is responsible for maintaining a clean, sanitary, and welcoming environment by performing routine janitorial duties while following company quality standards and site-specific procedures.
Pay
- Wednesday: $18.00/hour (Standard Hourly Rate).
- Saturday: $21.00/hour under the Blue Star Weekend Rate Performance Incentive Program.
Schedule
- Wednesday and Saturday beginning after 5:30pm. Approximately 2 hours per shift.
Location
- Downtown Colorado Springs, CO 80903.
Job Responsibilities
- Perform routine janitorial cleaning services.
- Dust, vacuum, mop, and sanitize assigned areas.
- Clean and disinfect restrooms.
- Remove trash and replace liners.
- Follow site-specific cleaning procedures and quality standards.
- Report maintenance issues, supply shortages, or safety concerns.
- Complete all assigned tasks within scheduled service times.
Qualifications
