- Pay: $55-60/hr
- 12 Month Assignment possibility of extension or conversion based on performance and budget
- Mon-Fri
- Bachelors Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field (Required)
- 10 years of experience in Quality Assurance/Quality Control in the construction industry (Required)
- Experience with Life Science, GMP, or clean room projects (Required)
- Familiarity with ISO 9001
- Ability to read and navigate engineering drawings and models
- The position will mainly be responsible for ensuring the quality of construction processes and materials used in projects.
- The position involves monitoring, assessing, and approving the quality of work performed by contractors and subcontract5ors to ensure compliance with project specifications, industry standards, code requirements, and safety regulations
- The position will develop and implement quality assurance and quality control plans for assigned construction projects
- The position will conduct regular inspections and audits of construction sites to ensure compliance with approved design, quality standards, and specifications
- The position will review and approve quality control documentation including test plans, inspection reports, and material submittals
- The position will collaborate with project managers, engineers, and contractors to address quality issues and implement corrective actions
- The position will conduct root cause analysis for quality failures and recommend preventative measures
- The position will prepare and maintain quality records, reports, and documentation for project stakeholders
- The position will provide training and guidance to project staff on quality assurance and quality control processes
