Outside Sales Contractor

We are a national staffing firm and are currently seeking a Outside Sales Contractor for a prominent client of ours.  This position is located in Dubuque, Iowa 52001. Details of the position are as follows:

Job Details:

• Pay: $29/hr to Start uncapped commissions with mileage reimbursed!!
• 1 year assignment, possibility for extension based on performance and budget.
• Monday - Friday (9-5 with some flexibility based on what restaurants are being targeted.)
• Position is hybrid with 3 days in the field and 2 days remote, although top performers spend more time in the field.
• Position will be mainly responsible for search for restaurants in an assigned territory using their own research and Salesforce.
• Position will also be responsible for cold calls and visiting business in person to find the decision maker.
• Position includes acquisition goals like 3 restaurants in month 1, then 5 per month in months 2 and 3.
• Position requires following up on social media, phone, and email to aid in securing meetings.
• Position will require building relationships with restaurant owners and closing new restaurant accounts.
  
  

Qualifications:

• 1 to 2 years of successful outbound/field sales is Required!
• Experience with face-to-face selling and walking into businesses, meeting owners/managers, presenting the service is Required!
• Own reliable transportation with a valid driver’s license is Required!
• Door to door sales, local business sales or restaurant sales is Preferred!
• Experience with Salesforce is Preferred!
