We are currently seeking an Art Director for a prominent client of ours. This position is located in South San Francisco, CA. Details for the position are as follows:
Job Description:
- Pay: $57 - 63/hr (W2)
- 3-month assignment to start, potential for extensions based on performance and business need
- Hybrid schedule: 3 days (T, W, TH) required onsite, 2 days (M, F) remote
- You will be leading the visual design and creative execution of high-impact campaigns across digital, print, and internal communications channels
- Translate concepts into sophisticated, visually compelling creative deliverables with a strong attention to detail and craft
- Develop original design concepts and create fresh visual iterations from existing campaign assets
- Collaborate closely with a design-focused creative team in a fast-paced studio environment with multiple concurrent projects
- Ensure all creative work aligns with compliance requirements and regulatory design standards
- Portfolio showcasing high-end design and art direction work is required
Qualifications:
- Strong professional background in graphic design, visual design, or art direction
- Highly refined aesthetic sensibility with a sophisticated design portfolio
- Advanced proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.)
- Strong understanding of visual storytelling, campaign development, and creative execution across channels
- Experience working in pharmaceutical, healthcare, or regulated industries is preferred
- Experience art directing AI generated creative deliverables or working with AI-assisted creative workflows is a strong plus
