Pay Rate : $27 Hourly - Hybrid - Onsite Tues and Wed
Title : Administrative Assistant - Mid-Level
Location: USA Home Office Framingham MA 550 Cochituate Rd. Framingham, MA 01701
Duration : 7 months assignment, possibility for extension or conversion based on performance and budget.
Required Skills
5-10 years of administrative assistant experience (travel, expense, calendar management, catering etc)
Ability to service a large group of people (1 VP, 2AVPs, and some ad hoc team support)
Strong Microsoft Office experience required, specifically PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, and Word.
Superior communication and interpersonal skills with proven organizational and administrative.
