The Fountain Group, national staffing firm, is currently seeking an --------Administrative Compliance Specialist for a prominent client of ours. This position is located in --Marlborough, MA (HYBRID). Details for the position are as follows:
Contract of 6 months, with potential extensions and/or conversion to permanent.
Pay range is $25-29/hr (based on experience).
Hybrid: Tuesdays and Wednesdays onsite / 3 days remote.

Job Description:
- Maintains company's Food Compliance databases and related documentation for compliance with federal laws and regulations.
- Manages document intake and organization to align with recordkeeping practices.
- Maintains organization of shared inboxes and manages internal and external communication for the Food Compliance Program and other Product Compliance programs.
- Assists with projects relating to compliance with state, federal or international product laws, projects impacting product safety, and other compliance policies.
- Provides administrative and operational support for product compliance initiatives.
- Basic Excel experience - Will provide a short Excel test to complete, result score required when submitted!
- Basic MS office experience
- Strong organizational and administrative skills and the ability to multitask and maintain strong attention to detail in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proactive in asking questions and double checking with team before acting when unsure
