Primary Functions:
- Commitment to Customer Satisfaction: Your dedication to our clients' well-being is paramount.
- Bio-Psychosocial Assessments: Conduct assessments in various settings to tailor treatment plans.
- Individualized Treatment Plans: Develop plans to enhance functioning and well-being.
- Effective Mental Health Interventions: Provide therapy in homes and communities.
- Collaboration: Work with a multi-disciplinary team for holistic treatment.
- Community Linkage: Connect clients to resources and services for ongoing support.
- Professional Development: Engage in ongoing learning and education.
- Transportation Assistance: Provide transportation as needed for client visits.
- Psychological First Aid: Offer support in critical incidents.
- Master’s Degree: in social work, Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Counseling, or related discipline.
- Certifications/Licensures: Current Indiana Driver's License, Open to: LSW, LCSW, LMHC, LMFT, LMHCA,
- Background Clearance: Clean record with no felony convictions or offenses involving a dependent population.
