Position Overview

We are currently seeking a dedicated professional to fill the role of Maintenance Technician at Lutheran Child and Family Services. As a vital member of our maintenance department, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation and upkeep of our facilities. - Sign-On Bonus: $3,000
- Performs routine daily checks of the campus
- Assists with planning and documentation of a preventive maintenance schedule that includes all aspects of the maintenance department
- Diagnoses and repairs/replaces equipment as needed
- Aids in the training (cross-training) of equipment
- Assists the housekeeper as needed to ensure a clean and safe environment for staff and residents
- Assists with major repairs as needed
- Will cover on-call responsibilities for the up at night and weekends as needed
- Other duties as assigned
- Age 21 or older
- Preferred High School diploma or GED
- Valid Drivers License
- At least two years demonstrated commercial experience
- Able to work hours needed to accomplish assigned tasks, including evenings and weekends.
- Mandatory On Call (One Week out of the month)
