Core Responsibilities
- Case & Document Management: Organize and maintain massive document databases, track exhibits, and prepare privilege logs.
- e-Discovery: Collaborate with internal legal technology teams and external vendors to process, review, and produce Electronically Stored Information (ESI).
- Trial & Hearing Preparation: Compile trial notebooks, coordinate witness schedules, manage evidence logistics, and handle exhibits during court proceedings.
- Research & Analysis: Conduct factual research, cite-check legal briefs, and summarize deposition transcripts or medical/financial records.
- Court Filings: Prepare and file legal pleadings in both state and federal courts, ensuring strict adherence to specific procedural rules and deadlines.
