Brandy Rice with The Forum Group PNW is working with a well respected client to add a motivated and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Specialist to join their HR team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the full-cycle recruitment process, partnering with hiring managers, and delivering an exceptional candidate experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage full-cycle recruiting for a variety of roles across departments
- Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and develop recruitment strategies
- Source, screen, and interview candidates using various platforms and tools
- Coordinate and schedule interviews, ensuring a seamless candidate experience
- Maintain accurate candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS)
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates
- Promote employer branding through job postings and social media
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field or 3 years of recruiting or talent acquisition experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with ATS platforms and sourcing tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed)
- Strong organizational and time management skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in Corporate recruiting
- Knowledge of employment laws and hiring best practices
