Having achieved record growth and acquisitions of projects north of $1B an opportunity now exists for a MEP Superintendent within the Data Center Market in Arizona.
This organisation is expanding its mission-critical footprint & allows Superintendent's real-decision making authority & Direct client visibility forming relationships that extend beyond just reporting metrics.
This is a travelling role including flights back home for 4 days every 2 weeks paid for & excellent benefits include truck allowance & insurance etc.
Responsibilities include leading projects from preconstruction through to close out, manage schedules & co-ordinate with owners and internal teams, provide leadership to project teams navigating technical & logistical complexity with confidence. Excellent compensation package includes $4.5k per month per diem for this travelling PM role.
Qualifications:
3 years experience as assistant superintendent with a leading GC
Experience in MEP
Mission critical/ data center experience required
Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and drive projects to completion
