This role offers a wide range of responsibilities, with a focus on managing complex excel sheets, PowerPoints, and preparing reports and documents for meetings. Responsibilities Include:
• End to end meeting operational support including agendas, note taking, action item tracking, and preparing materials
• Manage calendar and schedules for meeting communications and document deadlines
• Coordinating presentations, webinars, technical reports, and other documents for meetings
• Maintain accurate digital content for committee initiatives
• Track team deliverables and address gaps in workflow
• Maintain strong knowledge of the industry and standards
Qualifications Include:
• Bachelor's degree
• 3 years of professional administrative experience
• Strong attention to detail and proofreading skills
• Experience creating reports and putting together presentations
• Excellent writing skills
• Superb organization skills
• Highly proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, and database usage
• Experience using project management and document collaboration tools
Compensation:
• $65,000 - $75,000 annually
Candidates for this position must be based in DC, MD, or VA area or have independent plans for relocation.
