This role is responsible for building relationships with prospective members, assessing their needs, preparing effective proposals and presentations, and finding creative solutions for members. Responsibilities Include:
• Drive business development process from prospecting, proposal development, to closing
• Build and maintain strong relationships with business leaders
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Manage the CRM pipeline and update sales activities
• Maintain industry knowledge and stay informed of the organization's solutions
Qualifications Include:
• Bachelor's degree; business, marketing, or related field preferred
• 3 years of B2B sales experience
• Experience in associations and/or professional services strongly preferred
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• MS Office proficiency
• CRM experience, Salesforce preferred
Compensation:
• $75,000 - $85,000 annually Bonus Structure
Candidates for this position must be based in DC, MD, or VA area or have independent plans for relocation.
