The property features 511 guest rooms and 50,000 square feet of flexible meeting and event space, serving a wide range of group and convention needs. On-site amenities include a fitness center, Marcelo's Bistro, Cricket's Bar, Starbucks, Grab N' Go market, business center, pool, and jacuzzi. Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed revenue targets within assigned market segments
- Proactively solicit new business through prospecting, networking, site visits, and industry engagement
- Maintain and grow existing accounts by building strong client relationships and ensuring repeat business
- Manage the full sales cycle, including lead generation, RFP responses, contract negotiation, and closing
Qualifications
- Minimum 8–10 years of hotel sales experience preferred
- Strong background in hotel group sales with meeting space, Corporate market preferred
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue goals
- Experience in one or more of the assigned segments preferred
- Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
- Ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in sales systems preferred (Opera, ProposalPath, or similar), Microsoft Office and Excel
