What are the responsibilities and job description for the Line Cook/Prep Cook position at The Filling Station?
- Follow the prep list created by supervisors
- Prepare ingredients using a knife to chop and slice vegetables and meats
- Perform basic cooking responsibilities using an oven, griddle, fryer and range burners
- Label and stock prepared ingredients in an orderly fashion
- Maintain a clean and organized work station and kitchen by cleaning dishes, sanitizing surfaces and disposing of trash
- Maintain a high level of customer service
- Perform all additional kitchen duties assigned
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
