Customer Experience Specialist
Position Overview: As a Customer Experience Specialist at our dynamic sports facility, your role is pivotal in creating memorable and exceptional experiences for our patrons, as well as ensuring the smooth and efficient operations of the facility. You will be the point of contact for visitors, ensuring they receive an outstanding experience from the moment they enter the facility. With your customer-centric approach, you'll contribute to building a loyal customer base and enhancing the facility's reputation as a premier destination.
Guest Experience
- Greet visitors warmly and provide a welcoming and friendly atmosphere as they enter the facility.
- Interact with patrons, addressing inquiries, concerns, and feedback to ensure a positive experience during their visit.
- Enforce safety protocols and procedures to protect both visitors and staff members.
Facility Operations
- Ensure flawless execution and logistics planning of events, reservations, and daily operational tasks, maintaining a high standard of customer satisfaction.
- Maintain facility cleanliness, organization, and maintenance to ensure a safe and inviting atmosphere for visitors.
Inventory Management
- Monitor and manage inventory levels of equipment, supplies, and amenities needed for daily operations and events.
Qualifications
- Must be able to work weeknight and weekends.
- Strong customer service orientation with a genuine desire to assist and serve patrons.
- Proven experience in operations management, preferably in a sports or leisure environment.
- Exceptional problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to addressing challenges.
- Ability to remain composed under pressure and handle difficult situations with professionalism.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Experience in content management is a plus.
