Responsibilities
- Greet visitors warmly and professionally, ensuring they feel welcomed and attended to promptly
- Manage multi-line phone systems, directing calls efficiently and courteously
- Handle incoming sales/memberships with clarity and professionalism
- Maintain organized check in systems, and daily cleaning checklists
- Support administrative tasks such as cleaning, & group fit class scheduling, and sales.
- Provide exceptional customer support by addressing questions or concerns promptly and effectively
Requirements
- Availability must be flexible with evenings and overnights.
- Must be experience in customer service/front desk.
- Punctual
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently
- A positive attitude is required
- Sales experience preferred
- Attention to detail in selling memberships & member experience
- Previous experience in customer service roles preferred
