JOB DESCRIPTION

The Director will lead outreach efforts, manage partnerships, and ensure compliance with performance metrics and reporting requirements. The Program Director plays a key role in staff development, data integrity, and continuous improvement of program services.
What You’ll Do
Program Oversight & Strategic Operations
- Lead the development and implementation of program policies, procedures, and training materials.
- Ensure program activities align with organizational goals and standards.
- Manage relationships with external partners and stakeholders to support program success.
- Monitor and evaluate program performance and implement improvements as needed.
- Ensure program performance metrics are met or exceeded
Staff Supervision & Development
- Supervise program staff and provide regular performance feedback.
- Facilitate onboarding and training for new hires.
- Promote a culture of accountability, collaboration, and professional growth.
- Oversee program budget and ensure alignment with financial targets.
- Ensure timely and accurate reporting of program metrics.
- Support audit preparation and compliance reviews.
- Monitor budget compliance and maintaining acceptable variance
- Analyze program data and develop action plans to address performance gaps.
Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Social Work, Psychology, Public Administration, or a related field.
- At least 3 years supervisory experience or 5 years in program management.
- Proven success with performance outcomes, program execution, and managing budgets.
- Strong understanding of evidence-based practices and compliance in a human services setting.
- Strong leadership and team-building skills.
- Strong understanding of trauma-informed care and culturally responsive practices.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and electronic health record systems.
- Excellent emotional intelligence, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, compliance-driven environment.
- Ability to manage sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
- Skilled in behavioral interviewing and motivational counseling techniques.
