What You’ll Do
As Director, Print & Mail Services, you will play a pivotal, highly visible role in shaping and scaling a core business function that directly impacts revenue, client satisfaction, and operational excellence across the NYC metro area. This is not a “keep-the-lights-on” role — it’s an opportunity to own, modernize, and grow a full suite of high-quality business printing, fulfillment, and outsourced mailroom services.

If you bring deep expertise in digital printing and in-house mass mailing, thrive in environments where leadership truly matters, and are energized by building high-performing teams and sustainable systems, this role offers the chance to make a lasting, measurable impact within a growing, mission-driven organization.
Your Responsibilities Will Include
About Us
Mission: To create opportunities for people with barriers to economic well-being.
In 1935, Fedcap Rehabilitation Services was founded by three men in NYC who had sustained injuries in WWI and literally changed the world for people with physical disabilities. It now provides an array of services to youth and adults helping thousands each year graduate from high school, obtain vocational certification or a college degree, become work ready, obtain meaningful employment and achieve long term economic well-being.
Renamed The Fedcap Group in 2018, Fedcap Rehabilitation Services continues to be a trailblazer in providing opportunities for people with challenges and disabilities and their families.
