What are the responsibilities and job description for the Graphic Designer position at JMS Print and Mail?
JMS Print & Mail is looking for a Graphic Designer / Print Production Specialist to join our team.
We’re looking for someone who is:
- Experienced in graphic design
- Familiar with print production
- Comfortable working with Konica and Canon printers
- Detail-oriented and able to prepare files properly for print
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple jobs
Responsibilities may include:
- Designing print materials such as flyers, postcards, brochures, menus, business cards, and more
- Setting up and checking files for print
- Operating and managing Konica and Canon production printers
- Ensuring color accuracy and print quality
- Assisting with day-to-day print shop production needs
Qualifications:
- Experience with graphic design software such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign
- Knowledge of print layout, bleed, margins, and file setup
- Experience with digital print equipment, especially Konica and Canon, preferred
- Strong communication and organizational skills
Pay: $22.00 - $26.00 per hour
