Phantom Brands is seeking a talented Junior Graphic Designer to join our in-house creative team. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented designer early in their career who has hands-on experience across branding, packaging, social media content and web design, and is excited to work with both traditional design tools and AI-powered workflows.
What You’ll Do
- Design and support packaging graphics for physical products
- Create and update website designs and digital assets
- Develop visual content for digital and print marketing materials
- Collaborate closely with senior designers, sales teams, and the marketing team in-house
- Utilize AI tools to assist with ideation, design exploration, and production
- Maintain brand consistency across all projects
- Manage multiple design tasks while meeting deadlines and maintaining a high level of detail
What We’re Looking For
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator
- Proficiency in Shopify
- Packaging design experience (professional or portfolio-based)
- Website design experience (UI/visual design experience required)
- Experience creating social-first content for platforms like Instagram and TikTok
- Experience using AI tools in a design or creative workflow
- Strong eye for design, layout, color, and typography
- Excellent attention to detail and visual precision
- Ability to take direction, apply feedback, and iterate efficiently
Nice to Have
- Experience with additional Adobe tools (InDesign, After Effects, etc.)
- Familiarity with marketing or e-commerce brands
- Understanding of responsive web design or UX fundamentals
