What You'll Do
As a Custodian you will perform daily and weekly upkeep of facility and inform supervisor of supply needs.
Your Responsibilities Will Include:
- Daily/weekly cleaning of facility to include all common areas, floors, rugs and bathrooms.
- Inform supervisor of supply needs.
- Wash floor and wall surfaces as needed.
- Report any hazards or damages to supervisor.
- Perform seasonal duties such a shoveling and minor outdoor maintenance to maintain safety and appearance of the facility.
- Keep all exits and interior egress routes free of debris and hazardous materials.
- Assure proper storage to remove physical hazards throughout the facility.
Assist with moving furniture and reorganizing facility space.
You're a great fit for this role if you have:
- One (1) to three (3) years' experience in maintenance and janitorial work
- High school education or GED equivalent preferred.
Compensation:
- $20-22/hr.
