Major Duties

Assists in planning, managing and directing retail store operations.

Assists in establishing financial goals to maximize sales, profit, SSR, productivity, turns and inventory.

Evaluates and enhances customer service and customer satisfaction.

Supervises, trains, develops and schedules associates for current positions and future growth.

Performs other duties as assigned.

Facility sells firearms and candidate will need to monitor and maintain regulations and licensing requirements.
