Major Duties
Manages and oversees minor projects for construction, renovation and upgrades to existing facilities including all phases of planning, design, permits, budgeting, contracting, execution, cost control, and close-out. Manages building R&M and PM programs and contracts to maintain activity. Provide support to Central Region FMO areas as needed.
Responsible for building/associate security for all HQ properties, to include oversight of the security contractor and ensuring compliance with DoD Force Protection requirements.
Oversees the procurement of new and replacement assets. Ensure that regulations, directives, policies and environmental laws are followed.
Responsible for space planning in the HQ building.
Communicates with management and contractors. Manages FMO operating and CEP budget.
Performs other duties as assigned.
