Two years of loss prevention or management experience. Experience in conducting investigation/audits and report writing preferred.

Additional Qualifications/Requirements

• Must be able to sit and stand for long periods of time. Must possess and be able to demonstrate basic computer and typing skills and be proficient with Word, Excel, PowerPoint and other Office Suite programs.
• Must be able to pass Position of Trust Background check.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license and be available to work a VARIED SCHEDULE (days, nights, weekends and holidays).

Salary Minimum

$44,704.00

Major Duties

Conducts internal/external inquiries involving incidents of pilferage, fraud, waste, abuse, misconduct, accidents, and other issues as determined by the Regional Loss Prevention (LP) Manager. Monitors e-commerce/online transactions.

Conducts and/or supervises Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA), environmental, and loss prevention (LP) inspections/surveys. Recommends and/or implements loss prevention (LP) program modifications and procedures to increase operational efficiencies and effectiveness. May be required to manage or assist in managing the Exchange Information and Personnel Security Program.

Conducts interviews, obtains written statements, and prepares relevant case reports/files. Coordinates with local police/courts on theft prosecutions. Liaises with command, law enforcement, legal, and Exchange management on loss prevention (LP) activities.

Provides training to associates including, but not limited to, new hires, profit protection, Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA), internal controls, etc.

Oversees equipment management including, but not limited to, closed circuit television (CCTV) systems, electronic article surveillance (EAS), safety products, vehicles, etc.

Performs other duties as assigned.
