SCHEDULE SUBJECT TO CHANGE WITH PRIOR NOTICE DUE TO OPEATIONAL NEEDS OF THE FACILITY. THIS POSITION COMES WITH A BENEFITS PACKAGE: MEDICAL, DENTAL, BASIC LIFE INSURANCE/PERSONAL ACCIDENT INSURANCE, VACATION LEAVE, SICK LEAVE, 401K AND RETIREMENT.

Major Duties
Assists in planning, managing and directing retail store operations.
Assists in establishing financial goals to maximize sales, profit, SSR, productivity, turns and inventory.
Evaluates and enhances customer service and customer satisfaction.
Supervises, trains, develops and schedules associates for current positions and future growth.
Maintains compliance, as applicable, in loss prevention, accounting, money transfers, internal controls, environmental issues and EPA/environmental agencies/organizations policies, procedures, rules and regulations.
Performs other duties as assigned.
